Childrens services of worship

The children's service takes place parallel to the main service in the cathedral. Volunteers celebrate with children from the age of 3 in child-appropriate ways: They tell Bible stories, do crafts on the theme, sing and pray. 

If you have previous experience in education or religious education, if you enjoy working with children or would like to pass on your creative talents, the children's service team is the right field of activity for you. The children's services are organised and planned in monthly meetings.

Tasks:

• leading the children's service for the service on Sunday at 10 a.m.
• preparation of theme / handicraft template

Requirements:

• pedagogical skills 
• joy in the gospel
• creativity 

Time required:

• 3 hours per children's service
• exchange of experiences and preparation in the group 2 hours per month
