Cathedral organist

OPUS KLASSIK prizewinner Andreas Sieling has been the cathedral organist at the large Sauer organ in Berlin Cathedral since 2005. Numerous concert tours have taken him to almost all European countries, the USA, Canada and Russia (before 2022). He is also regularly involved in CD, radio and film recordings as well as TV broadcasts...

Berlin Cathedral’s great Sauer organ was designed and created during the building's construction, and is thus part of the original artistic fittings and fixtures.

Cathedral organist Andreas Sieling will be performing the complete organ works of Johann Sebastian Bach for the first time on the great Sauer organ. The series comprises 15 concerts over five years (2017 - 2021).
